The weather always is best the day you begin your journey
home. However, we did have 3 days of
nice weather while visiting in Anchorage.
Maybe we will luck out and we will have clear sailing all the way home. The scenery along the Glenn Highway was better
going out of Anchorage than it was going to Anchorage. We got some good pictures of the Chugach and Wrangell-St Elias mountains as well as Matanuska Glacier.
There was a truck that had overturned on the "Glenn" and spilled something
in the road the police were detouring people around. Our moho barely made it between the rock wall
to the left and the orange cones.
The Wrangell Mountain range was very impressive today
showing off their snow-covered peaks.
We stayed at Tok RV Village which was very quiet and
relaxing.
We cross the Canadian Border tomorrow and make our way over some of the worst roads in North America.
